❌ Order Cancellation

🕒 You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.

🚚 Once the product is packed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

💸 If prepaid, your cancellation refund (if eligible) will be processed within 3–5 working days.

🔁 Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

📦 Damaged product received

🔄 Wrong item delivered

⏳ Product not delivered even after 15 working days

📸 To initiate a refund:

1️⃣ Take clear photos/videos of the issue

2️⃣ Send them to our WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of receiving the product

If your claim is valid:

💵 Refund will be processed to your original payment method or UPI within 5–7 working days

🔄 Exchange Option

✅ For damaged or wrong items, we may also provide a free replacement depending on product availability.

📦 In some cases, we may ask you to send the item back via courier.

📦 No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

🚫 Items returned without valid reason

🚫 Products used or tampered with

🚫 Delay caused due to incorrect address or unreachable customer

🚫 Orders where COD advanced wasn’t confirmed
